Not much thing to blog about this week, just the fact that i feel proud of myself, getting a Gold for IPPT.
My Third IPPT Result in BSLC
Chin Up: 16
Sit Up: 45
Shuttle Run: 9.9 sec
Standing Broad Jump: 234cm 
2.4km Run: 9min 40 sec
Total Points: 24/25, Gold
So happy … 1 yr don’t need take ippt + extra $200 :D
Anyway, next week wil be kinda tiring, with field camp .. :((
Just hope next week will pass in a wink of eye.
Anyway, I’m still thinking, of the path i should head on in the future…
